ICF Certified Coach Zoey’s dream at age 5 was to be a switchboard operator and make a lot of connections!

With the benefit of years of life experience, personal development & education, fulfilling work, recovery, coach training, a long term relationship and mothering three daughters, she understands that her early dream now translates to supporting and living a life full of rich ‘community’, connections’, curiousity’ and ‘coaching’ for women.

Zoey is an avid observer of people, socio-cultural activities and our lived experience. She is passionate about women power and success and the wise women of the world and delights in working deeply in this global circle as a life , leadership, mentor & executive coach. Zoey loves her family & friends with all her heart; is an avid reader and loves yoga, sailing and traveling. She and her family live in a small seaside town near Vancouver, BC, Canada.

Zoey can most often be found in comfy yoga clothes, her dog by her side and reading a great book on her ipad.

My education, training & experience:

- BSc. from the University of Alberta (1979, specializing in Nutrition)

- Dietetic Internship from the University of Alberta Hospital (1980)

- worked for over 20 years as a Registered Dietitian/Nutritionist (BCDNA registrant 1980 – 2003) offering nutrition and health & wellness help

- holds certification as a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) with the International Coach Federation

- Certified Graduate of Corporate Coach University

- trained in body centered coaching 

- licensed facilitator & trainer in ‘Excelerator Coaching’ (coach training) & ‘Legacy Leadership’ (for effective leadership skills)

- tons of ‘smooth & rocky’ life experience which has catalyzed amazing spiritual, personal development, growth, learning and wisdom!
