This program will teach you practical skills to
improve coping and increase emotional well-being.
Who Should Attend?
All adults are welcome. This course is specifically designed for busy professionals, those experiencing chronic health conditions and those new to mindfulness.
Facilitated by Dr. Georgina Robinson and Zoey Ryan, you will learn practical skills to live with greater mindfulness and ease.
No previous experience with mindfulness or meditation is required.
Note: This training does not substitute for clinical therapy
