Mindful Self Compassion Training (MSC)
a research supported program developed by
Dr. Kristin Neff & Dr. Christopher Germer.

This program will teach you practical skills to
improve coping and increase emotional well-being.

Who Should Attend?
All adults are welcome.

Facilitated by Dr. Georgina Robinson and Zoey Ryan, you will learn practical skills to live with greater mindfulness and ease.

No previous experience with mindfulness or meditation is required.

This program is especially beneficial for graduates of mindfulness based programs such as
MBCT/MBSR and qualifies as the prerequisite for training as a Mindful Self-Compassion (MSC)
Note: This training does not substitute for clinical therapy

Program: Wed. April 15 – June 3
Time: 6:00 – 8:45pm
Retreat Day: Saturday May 23, 11- 3 pm
