It is said in many spiritual traditions that sunrise and sunset are those times of day when the veil between the physical world and the spiritual world is the thinnest.
Personally, I find sunrise and sunset to be magical.
If I can, I pause and say a prayer of thanks and gratitude for all my life’s blessings.
