Who Should Attend?
All adults are welcome.
Facilitated by Zoey Ryan and Dr. Georgina Robinson, you will learn practical skills to live with greater mindfulness and ease.
No previous experience with mindfulness or meditation is required.
This program is especially beneficial for graduates of mindfulness based programs such as
MBCT/MBSR and qualifies as the prerequisite for training as a Mindful Self-Compassion (MSC)
