This program will teach you practical skills to
improve coping and increase emotional
well-being.

Who Should Attend?

All adults are welcome.

Learn practical skills to live with greater mindfulness and ease.
No previous experience with mindfulness or meditation is required.

This program is especially beneficial for graduates of mindfulness based programs such as
MBCT/MBSR and qualifies as the prerequisite for training as a Mindful Self-Compassion (MSC)
Teacher.
