Good Day!
During this special season of many religious and spiritual festivals, it feels fitting to include daily yoga in my spiritual practice and deepen my understanding and knowledge of all body centered practices!
As someone who works with women who have come from backgrounds of trauma, I am honored to attend the “Trauma Sensitive Yoga Therapy Workshop” today at Open Door Yoga in Vancouver. Open Door is also the studio where I am enrolled to do my 200 hour yoga training.
I am so interested to learn how we can use profoundly simple, yet powerful body centered practices to re-inhabit our bodies and release and healed stored traumas.
